Cancellation Procedure
As soon as you know you cannot play...
Contact the competition organiser as soon as you know you are unable to play, this enables the secretary to re-organise the tee times if necessary.
Contact your playing partners to let them know you have had to cancel.
If you have to cancel on the morning of the competition, phone the Pro Shop, by 8am at the very latest, tell them you have to cancel and ask them to get a message to the starter (if on duty) and try to contact your playing partners and the competition organiser.
By following the above, the competition secretary has time to re-organise the tee times and avoids the risk of a lady being left without a playing partner on the day of the competition.
Failure to follow the above procedure could result in a competition ban.
Please do not add your name to, or alter the competition lists within 8 days of the competition without informing the Competition Organiser first - and always tell the people you are playing with if you need to make a change.
